The partnership between BRSE and Andrássy Grammar School has proven to be an excellent combination. As a Centre of Excellence, Andrássy Grammar School—ranked among the best in the country—also provides a venue for presenting sports science achievements. 🔝

The school’s Open Day offered a great opportunity for this, allowing visitors to see a presentation by the BRSE medical staff of a sports science technological tool currently under development within the framework of an international project. 📊
István Borbola, Operational Director of BRSE, spoke about the EDATS project (https://edats.eu/), which is being developed under the ERASMUS+ programme together with Italian, Polish, Serbian, and French partners. Although the project focuses on developing the use of a new ICT tool, building relationships with international clubs has proven to be just as important. 🤝
Zita Kovács-Pásztor, physiotherapist at BRSE, explained that for the Open Day they brought a component of the system under development that, using a special algorithm, measures the tester’s centre-of-mass elevation from a single sensor. 🦘
