The lead organization is a volleyball team that has been operating since 1984 in Italy. The association has as its main mission the development of the youth sector. It aims to train athletes who can get to be part of the group of the main adult team once they have completed their training. The association has been involved in the national league for the past 25 years, and in the past 5 years has started its Alfieri Young Academy with the goal of adapting the best national and international methodologies to young athletes, constantly considering their specific body structure. The association is established as a prepared and continuously expanding corporate structure. It has also become over the years an important reference point at local level for the continental partner teams (Vero Volley Network, Anderlini Volley Network): this is a guarantee of the ambitions of the entity at local and national level.
